80 Acres Farms closed its remaining operations after a proposed acquisition fell through, with seven state WARN filings listing 736 affected positions.

The filings cover facilities in Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas and Washington; they are presented as one company-wide shutdown rather than seven separate layoff events. The indoor-farming company told employees it had exhausted efforts to secure enough capital to continue operating.
