Cellares

Cellares plans to lay off 100 employees after a large pharmaceutical customer ended its manufacturing partnership. The affected employees are expected to leave by October 20, 2026, and include software engineering, quality-control, design and manufacturing roles. The restructuring followed a $327 million Series D financing completed two months earlier.
