Latch is cutting about 65 employees and service providers as it shuts down its DOOR Property Management business.

The reduction represents about 32% of the workforce and is expected to be substantially complete by the end of 2026. The company said the restructuring will concentrate resources on its core smart-building and resident-experience products.
