Minimus informed its 35 employees that the cybersecurity startup would close after failing to find a buyer. The company began a 60-day maintenance period on August 24 and said its software registry would shut down on October 22, 2026. Minimus said it would wind down in an orderly fashion and return its remaining cash to investors.
