Novartis says changes to biologics production and laboratory work in Kleinbasel could eliminate around 130 jobs.

Small-volume biologics production is expected to end by late 2027, while laboratory and technical activities would move by the end of 2028; consultation is underway. The plan affects production, testing and technical work at a Basel site with roughly 200 employees.
