Škoda Transtech decided to eliminate 117 positions after concluding change negotiations in Finland. The company had initially estimated that reduced work could affect up to 200 employees and said it considered transfers, reorganized duties and temporary layoffs before reaching its decision. Škoda Transtech said the reduction was intended to adapt operations to market conditions and protect the business's competitiveness.
