Swiss Life

Swiss Life plans to remove about 600 positions by the end of 2028, split roughly evenly between Switzerland and operations abroad.

The insurer expects to use vacancy management, early retirements and other measures alongside job cuts, so not every eliminated position will require an involuntary dismissal. The reductions will be phased in over more than two years as Swiss Life lowers its cost base.
