Social-plan negotiations at Bonnevoie were expected to begin in September, with the restructuring targeted for completion by November. The restructuring covers 100 positions at UI efa in Bonnevoie and Universal Investment Luxembourg in Grevenmacher, plus about 70 positions in Germany.
