The Bancorp

The Bancorp is eliminating 64 filled positions, equal to about 9% of its workforce, under its Apex 2030 operating plan.

The company is also leaving 16 vacant positions unfilled, but those vacancies are not included in the layoff count; the changes are expected to be substantially complete in the fourth quarter of 2026. The plan includes ending new retail and wholesale small-business loan originations by year-end.
